An order placed on this website is a request to purchase. It becomes confirmed once our team has verified availability, delivery charges and the final total with you.

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and may change without notice. Pieces marked Price Upon Request are quoted per project. Where a price displayed is clearly incorrect, we will contact you before proceeding.

Handcrafted pieces vary slightly in finish, crystal cut and tone. Photography is representative; minor variation between the image and the delivered piece is not a fault.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Made-to-order pieces may require an advance payment before production begins.

Manufacturing warranty terms are listed on each product page where applicable. Warranty does not cover bulbs, damage from incorrect installation, power surges, or normal wear.

Fixtures must be installed by a qualified electrician in line with local regulations. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation or misuse.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
