Every piece is packed by hand and delivered with care. Timelines and charges are confirmed with you before dispatch.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. International shipping can be arranged on request for selected pieces — please contact us before ordering.
Timelines
In-stock pieces are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days. Made-to-order and bespoke fixtures follow the production timeline quoted at the time of order.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on destination city and the size of the piece.
Delivery Charges
Charges depend on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. Because chandeliers require specialist packing and handling, the final delivery cost is confirmed by our team after your order is placed, before any payment is collected.
Packing & Handling
Crystal, glass and plated metal components are individually wrapped and crated. Please inspect the packaging on arrival and report any visible damage to us within 48 hours.
Installation
Large fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician. Installation support can be arranged in selected cities — ask our team when confirming your order.
